Although we were originally booked at Bryce View Lodge, we were transferred to Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn due to the closure of the former. Our stay at Best Western was fantastic, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The included breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for a cozy, convenient stay near the park.

Very close to Bryce Canyon, the room was clean and had good lighting, and the room was very spacious. The morning breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, different breads, yogurt, juices. I enjoyed using the hot tub and pool.

Great location outside of the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. The rooms were comfortable though a little dated. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. There's an ice machine on site.

The location was good; close to the park entrance. It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the mornings.

Location was great, very near Bryce Canyon. Room was size was good enough. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Keep in mind they are located across the street along with the laundry facility that is in yet another building (takes quarters but is reasonably priced). The complementary breakfast is also in another building, it was ok. Happy to get a ground floor room.

The room was very cozy and had all of the amenities described. Their breakfast had more options than I expected, so we were very happy with it! The pool was quite crowded when we went, so we didn't end up using it, but that was to be expected as it seems to be shared between two Inns. It was also a quiet location, so we didn't have any issues staying asleep. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Bryce Canyon!

A comfortable room which had a good layout, a table, a fridge and a microwave. We liked it. The reviews mentioned breakfast being poor but I would say the staff have improved it (the complaints had said no in fresh fruit, but there was plenty of it, and some had said little choices but again there was quite a lot to choose from). Yes it was just continental but it was plentiful and served in a large open dining space. It even had live country music playing in the Saturday morning we were there which was unique! We ended up extending our stay. Happy with the value offered.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The tv was nice with a decent selection of channels. The lodge location is excellent!!! The breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs and sausage. And, the rate was quite good.

Great location so nice and close to the national park, only a 5 min drive to the entry. Also plenty of shops, restaurants, general store, laundry, pool and activities very close walking distance. The rodeo was also only 5-10 min walk away and was awesome. I ended up booking another night to stay longer. Comfortable room, microwave and fridge. Good beds and nice and quiet. Very cool little town.
